The municipal judge of the city of Yoncalla shall have all the powers and duties of the justice of the peace with respect to the conduct of trials in the municipal court. The chief law enforcement officer of the city shall assist the municipal judge in the serving of subpoenas, jury summons and such other orders and notices as may be required. (Ord. 245 § 12, 1978).
