Projects shall be defined by the public works department and will include those located in basins of the sanitary sewer system as identified by the I/I correction plan as high flow basins, and such other areas as the public works department may designate or by inclusion within any capital improvement for system repair and/or replacement projects to reduce inflow and infiltration.
