(1) Responsibility for Private Service Lateral Preventative and Corrective Maintenance and Lateral Structural Maintenance. All lateral preventative and corrective maintenance and structural maintenance activities outside the publicly owned right-of-way or easement shall be the responsibility of the property owner. Where there are multiple services on one lateral, preventative and corrective maintenance and structural maintenance shall be the responsibility of the users. (Ord. 380 § 1, 2004).
