When an abnormally large quantity of water is desired for filling a swimming pool, pond, or for other purposes, arrangements shall be made with the city prior to taking such water. Permission to take water in unusual quantities shall be given only if it can be safely delivered and if other customers will not be inconvenienced. (Ord. 224 § 18, 1977).
