13.10.100 Water rates.
The following charges will be paid by the city of Yoncalla water customers:
(1) For water service to premises within the city limits the minimum monthly charge will be:

(2) For water service to premises outside the city limits, the above charges shall be double the inside city limits rates.
(3) Where water is supplied through one service and meter to several houses, duplexes or apartments, each unit or separate user shall pay the minimum monthly charge.
(4) Where water is supplied through one service and meter to separate occupants of office and mercantile buildings, each unit or separate use shall pay the minimum monthly charge.
(5) Where there are multiple users through one service or meter, the customer for whom the meter or service is installed shall be liable for the excess water used over the 1,500-gallon minimum times the number of separate users.
(6) In addition to the monthly late charge there will be an additional $20.00 charge to hang a turn-off notice at the residence.
(7) Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine to not exceed $200.00.
