Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of YMC 13.05.130 and 13.05.140 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine in any sum not exceeding $200.00. Each day that a violation of any of the terms and provisions continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate violation. (Ord. 229 § 1, 1977; Ord. 176 § 3, 1967).
