All payments and collections under this chapter shall be paid into the sanitary sewer maintenance and operation fund established by this chapter and shall be used exclusively for the operation, maintenance, construction and reconstruction of a sewage disposal lagoon, equipment and appurtenances necessary, useful or convenient for said sewer lagoon system, and also for the operation and maintenance of the city sewer system. The money may also be used for the purpose of paying reasonable administration costs and expenses of the collection of the charges imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 195 § 8, 1972).
