The planning commission is hereby authorized to and given the duty of naming streets and lanes and establishing the numbering or renumbering of each building within the city in accordance with this chapter. They likewise shall give notice to the occupants of all buildings receiving new numbers or addresses. (Ord. 261 § 6, 1981).
