ORS 164.015 to 164.045, 164.065 and 164.085 to 164.125 (Oregon Criminal Code of 1971), and 131.655, as now or hereafter constituted, are adopted by reference and made a part of this title, save and except penalty provisions. (Ord. 210 § 34, 1977).
