The definitions contained in the Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, as now or hereafter constituted, are adopted by reference and made a part of this title. Except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, the general definitions and the definitions appearing in the definitional and other sections of particular articles of the Code shall be applicable throughout this title.
