Violation of this chapter shall be considered an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $250.00. Any act prohibited by this chapter shall be considered a nuisance subject to immediate and summary abatement by city personnel. Costs of an abatement shall be assessed against any person who violates the provisions of this chapter and shall be imposed in addition to any fine. (Ord. 434 § 6, 2019).
