(1) The following license fees shall be collected by the city recorder for the period of time specified before the recorder shall issue a license. Where a person conducts a social game at more than one location, a license shall be obtained by him for each location. The license fee shall be $100.00 per year for each location of a private business, private club or place of public accommodation where social games are conducted. For purposes of this chapter, places of public accommodation shall not include schools, churches or other charitable or religious organizations, and they shall not be required to pay a license fee.

(2) Each applicant shall pay a $700.00 non-refundable application fee to partially defray the city’s investigation expense. (Ord. 248 § 3, 1979; Ord. 199B § 5, 1974).
