The planning commission shall schedule a meeting at least once a month dependent on a presentable agenda issue (no agenda/no meeting). Meetings at other than regularly scheduled times may be announced at a prior meeting and thereby made a part of the record. A special meeting may be called by the chair or at the request of two commission members for a time not to be earlier than 24 hours after notice is given. All meetings shall be open to the general public. (Ord. 400 § 6, 2008).
