13.15.100 Records.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Records. The utility will initiate and maintain the following:
(a) Master files on customer’s cross-connection tests and/or inspections;
(b) Master files on cross-connection permits;
(c) Copies of permits and permit applications;
(d) Copies of lists and summaries supplied to the Division;
(e) Initial listing of low-hazard cross-connections;
(f) Initial listing of high-hazard cross-connections.
(2) Reports. The utility will submit the following to the Division:
(a) Annual summary of cross-connection inspections to the Division. (Ord. 347 § 10, 1995).
