No person shall store or permit to be stored on a street or other public property without permission of the council, a motor vehicle or personal property. It shall constitute prima facie evidence of storage of a motor vehicle or personal property if the same is not moved for a period of 48 hours. (Ord. 436 § 1, 2019).
