10.50.020 Violation – Penalty.

(1) Violation of Chapter 10.15 YMC is punishable by fine not to exceed $100.00.
(2) Violation of Chapters 10.20, 10.30, 10.35 and 10.40 YMC is punishable by fine not to exceed $50.00. (Ord. 216 § 33, 1977).
