Any minor who violates this article may be taken into custody and the responsible parent will be cited into municipal court citing the ordinance codified in this section, and shall be fined no less than $25.00 or more than $100.00 or serve no less than 25 hours or more than 100 hours of community service. Any minor found to be uncontrollable by the responsible parent or guardian will be processed through the Douglas County juvenile department. (Ord. 322 § 1, 1991; Ord. 317 § 2, 1990).
