2.10.040 Administration of the rules.

The mayor, with the consent of the common council, shall be responsible for:
(1) Administering all the provisions of this chapter and of the personnel rules not specifically reserved to the common council.
(2) Preparing or causing to be prepared and recommending to the common council personnel rules and revisions and amendments to such rules. (Ord. 297 § 4, 1987).
