2.05.070 Position numbers.
This section is included in your selections.

(1) Each of the four city council positions, while remaining elected at large per City Charter, will be designated by position numbers.

(2) The positions will be numbered one, two, three and four. Positions run four years per City Charter and the new numbering will become effective with the passage of the ordinance codified in this section and will be designated as follows:

(a) Term number one expires on December 31, 2006;

(b) Term number two expires on December 31, 2006;

(c) Term number three expires on December 31, 2008;

(d) Term number four expires on December 31, 2008. (Ord. 393 §§ 1, 2, 2006).
