The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance Administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled “The Flood Insurance Study for Douglas County,” dated February 17, 2010, with accompanying flood insurance maps are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The flood insurance study is on file at City Hall, 2640 Eagle Valley Road. The best available information for flood hazard area identification as outlined in YMC 15.15.140(2) shall be the basis for regulation until a new FIRM is issued which incorporates the data utilized under YMC 15.15.140(2).
